How We Work
CLIENT BRIEF
Understand the requirements of client. Preparation of concept design report and budgetary cost estimates.
PLANNING & DESIGN
Prepare tender drawings based on preliminary drawings/sketches. Preparation of specifications and data for cost estimation and tendering. Submission of tender documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tender drawings, and cost estimates.
PRE CONSTRUCTION STAGE
Floating tenders on behalf of the client. Evaluation of tenders received from vendors technically along with the client. Assisting the client in awarding work to the successful vendor.
CONSTRUCTION STAGE
Issuing detailed drawings for execution by contractors. Providing site support for clarifications. Attending design coordination meetings.
POST CONSTRUCTION STAGE
Final inspection and reporting for satisfactory completion of work. Inspecting and suggesting remedial measures for any defects arising during the post-construction period.
